Beni Saputra, Plt DCKTR Kab. Bekasi Performs Optimal Development

TEROBOSHUKUM.CO.ID – The Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning is an element of the implementation of the Bekasi Regency Government which has the main task of organizing Public Works and Spatial Planning affairs.

In addition, said Acting Head of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Service, Beni Saputra, his party also supports other government affairs related to the construction of state buildings.

“The goal of the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning is the realization of quality Bekasi Regency facilities and infrastructure,” he said.

As per the Regulation of the Regent of Bekasi Regency Number 8 of 2020 concerning Authorities, Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Office in Article 2 paragraph (1).

“The Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning carries out government affairs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning and supports other government affairs related to development,” he said.

According to him, the authority of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of Bekasi Regency includes the management of buildings in its area, such as construction or moderate rehabilitation and or total rehabilitation.

“This includes providing recommendations for technical advice on IMB Permits and certificates of building function-worthiness,” he said.

Beni further said that his party also covers environmental matters such as the management and development of domestic wastewater systems.
